Stainless steel barrel nut for installing a Savage STYLE barrel on a Howa 1500 action. Known in the industry as a “Howage” nut. Howa / Savage. Thread is M26 x 1.5
The skirt portion of the nut (that slides over the barrel shank) has an ID of 1.093″ . Your barrel shank OD must be smaller than 1.093″ to use this nut.
If you need to run a larger barrel shank, take a look at our round Howa nut. It can accommodate a slightly larger diameter barrel shank.
